The official ‘Flawless Natural Living Plan’ (part 1)

Well hello there,
Another lovely Monday has rolled around and that means its another post from the world of T.
You will really enjoy this weeks installation, it is something extremely personal. I took a chance to browse through the many emails and requests and pulled out a couple of questions that you might be interested to find out some of the secret behind the scene stuff that goes on.
I have recieved a number of emails that are asking me to go into details of my personal life and routine. So I am going to give you the complete picture on a week in the life of Tim and how YOU can live amazingly too.
You see, what you actually do with your days, how you think and interact with your world is one of the core principles of being a flawless natural. Ultimately its this that will make you have the x-factor that women desire.
So this is the first in the series on how to live like a flawless natural.
Just to kick this off, one person who emailed me wanted to know more about what I do in my spare time, ending the email with “(I’m) just interested to know more about Tim: the regular guy!”.

First of all, I believe it is VERY dangerous to consider yourself a regular guy.
I tried it for a while. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t make you happy at all.
When you were a kid I am sure that you thought you were destined for greatness.
There was something inside of you that told you “You will do something amazing”.
Everyone I have ever spoken to confirms this.
Then what happens? Somewhere along the line you fall into regular guy mode.
You watch TV and get ideas of what a guy should look like and the things he should be doing.
You follow the advice of your peers and parents on the direction of your life, aiming to please them.
Thinking “once I do this job or that course I will be happy, and others will be too”.
You think “why should I deserve all the things I desire deep down anyway?”.
You think “there are much smarter, more attractive, intelligent, cooler people out there”.
You start to create your role in society as something mediocre all the while pushing away that pure voice that is inside, the voice that you used to hear in your head when you were a kid.
You tell yourself there is no point in going to all this effort to reach my physical, mental and emotional potential because you will probably not achieve it anyway.
You might immerse yourself in spirituality and other non-earthly things as a means of escapism from what is glaring you in the face.

Can you relate to any of this?
How do I know all of that?
Because I have battled with all of those headspaces too. Hell, when I told my father that I was going to fly to Los Angeles and start teaching men to be successful with women, he said “What?! No! This isn’t some fag thing is it?”.
To this day he still tells me to go back to corporate life. Also judging by my track record and the trouble I have been in for bringing too many girls into the house I don’t think he remotely believes I am homosexual either.
By the way I still think corporate life is really great for a lot of men, if they have looked into their soul and confirmed that this is what they really want.
Anyway back to the point.
You see, one day I realized that you will always find somebody that is smarter, more attractive, cooler, more intelligent than you. To focus on this, and other people and what they have, is very destructive to your soul.
Armed with this knowledge six years ago I decided to lie down late at night, put some deep chillout music on, and come up with an elaborate fantasy life for my future.
I really lived it. I looked at the things I wanted. I imagined myself in New York and traveling all over the place. It moved my soul. It made me feel amazing. Something deep inside went “yes, this is for you”.
Now to a young kid in a small country town in Australia, to have such thoughts and ambition is totally absurd.
Maybe you are in the same situation?

Moving along…
The most difficult (yet strangely easy) question you will ever answer:
What does your soul want for you?
Late at night. When everything is quiet and you are not asleep, what does your soul tell you?
Somewhere in there, is that same voice you had when you were a kid. It is there. If you cannot hear it you are caught up in a haze.
Everyone’s soul is different and living the vision it has for you is what it definitely means to be a flawless natural.
Tips for getting back in touch with the soul (step 1):

1. Absolutely maintain the best physical shape you possibly can. That means as guys, its 4 days a week in the gym or running or some form of hard physical exertion. It also means eating a super balanced and nutritious diet.
This is NO JOKE. Your soul cannot communicate to your mind if all you do is eat and live in MUCK.
When you are eating well and working out regularly there are no excuses to give yourself.
You are doing the best you possibly can. Therefore you will have massive self respect, not to mention massive energy and looking healthy.
Self-respect and the soul go hand in hand.
The physical is the base for everything else. Handle this FIRST.
If you do not have a gym membership or eat rubbish get this handled TOMORROW.
You must do 4 days a week physical excercise and eat healthy EVERY DAY.
NOTE: Your mind will rationalize away trying to do this. Don’t let it. Just GO!
2. Implement a nightly and morning soul-ritual.
Just before you go to sleep, put on some downtempo chillout or classical music. Then close your eyes and LIVE in a world you want to live. Where you are totally owning it and doing the things you have always wanted. Do the same in the morning, dedicate 20 minutes before breakfast to looking at your visionboard.
When pondering things or adding stuff to your visionboard make sure it really MOVES you.
Like you get a rush of excitement as you think of the potential and possibility.
It must EXCITE the hell out of you - or throw it away and think of the next thing.
Use the music as a tool to take you into that state. It must be atmospheric downtempo grooves or classical.
Here is one of my personal favourites: Kruder & Dorfmeister (do a search baby)
I actually look forward to going to bed and also getting out of bed when I know this is the first thing I will be doing (if I am on my own, that is).
Do this every day and night for the next 7 days.
……. (to be continued)

So this concludes part one on how to live like a flawless natural.
Next week ill get into some more steps and delve deeper again into it. However you MUST complete the top two before even thinking about next weeks article. Set yourself a challenge… try it for 7 days:
1. Physical Excercise
2. Eat Amazingly
3. Soul-Ritual morning and night.
Enjoy it. It’s going to be super tough at first for you, but I’m really looking forward to accompanying you on the flawless living plan and seeing you on the other side.

PS. I know you have probably heard a lot of this stuff before. But it is those that are going to actually implement this that I am speaking to. If you want to be awesome with women and life in general then this is the way I have found to work and simply, If I can do it, you definitely can!

EXACTLY. This is the first step to being the person that you want to be. It is basis to being a proactive individual.
So many people think they can sit in their home playing video games eating cheebos and try to THINK their way into confidence. Like it is some mental game they must win. Nah, it is a lifestyle change mothersucker, you gotta hit it from EVERY angle, starting with your health.
Tim, thank you for being alive. This post inspired me more than you could imagine.

hey Tim,
You wrote:

Love this stuff! To me, this is about finding your dharma, your soul’s purpose that you were born on this planet to fulfill. You know you found it because it feels like passion and ecstasy.
cheers to you, Tim.

Ton of value lately, Tim. I’m looking forward to the next installation. I love how you speak about doing what stirs your soul: from personal experience I know this is true. I know my path, I just need to stick to it. It’s easier with guides who offer positive reinforcement every step of the way. It seems like every step I take on my own is then reinforced by members of this community, and my respect for you guys grows when I KNOW the truth and then you guys speak directly to my truth. Very cool stuff.

I already work out. Yet going to Push myself even HARDER.
I love this Blog.
It’s Life Changing.
Like Tim said, it’s for those that “Implement it”
That he is speaking to.
Not the ones that get excited reading it, and give the
“that’s right”
“Wow, Amazing”
yet, continue just sitting their reading, and reading some more.
I”m headed out for a workout right now.
I WUV LIFE! =)

Tim-
Awesome stuff.. Really looking forward to more of these articles of the “life of Tim”. You’re a positive dude that I think we could all learn a ton from.
I’d like to hear more how you go about maintaining your everyday thoughts. Say your walking down the street, what do you allow or not allow yourself to think about. Do you avoid the static or the self dialogue we all seem to be unconscious too?
December 16th, 2008 at 12:09 am

Tim you’re a genius.
You’re laying the foundation to change lives.
I’ve just started a blog to do that too. But you say it better because you speak more faithfully from your core.
BTW I am applying your FN techniques in the field with success that makes it hard to keep up with myself.
Very cool coincidence in where we start on the path (see below),or as the Marivingian would say, “Where some see coincidence, I see consequence.”
My first few goals in my personal program I will be blogging about are these:
1. Find Presence through spiritual exercises from Eckhart Tolle’s books — internalize the habit of keeping your attention on the present moment THIS WAS A TOUGH ONE BUT FREED MY MIND LIKE TAKING THE RED PILL — I found my mind always wanted to wallow in shit. Now I have awakened.
2. Morning ritual based on advice from Eben Pagan’s Get Altitude, Matt Furey’s Combat Conditioning and Magnificent 7 physical fitness programs, but also reviewing the mini-goals you set for yourself for the day, some Psycho-Cybernetic visualization (Maxwell Maltz), reading of Tolle’s work, and viewing your vision board for dessert.
3. Evening ritual of setting mini-goals for the next day, deep breathing and relaxation exercises.
4. Finding and defining your purpose in life, based on writing lists of what you love doing and what you love giving to people (this sets you in the right direction so you pick the right goals), and equates to listening to your soul, your core, and not your dad. (My dad thought I should be an engineer or scientist).
5. Relaxation visualization (this basic skill will help with creative visualization of your goals.
6. Goal visualization a la Maxwell Maltz in Psycho-Cybernetics
7. Following the path of mastery a la George Leonard.
…and many more…
As you can see, I’ve drawn a lot of powerful inspiration from you and others at RSD.
December 16th, 2008 at 9:16 pm
Yes, this is for me! it’s starting tomorrow, do something, get excited, get that self amusement rolling. I have watched your videos of the flawless natural method and its been a good 2 months since first I watched it and you know it has turned my life upside down, or should I say downside up? because now I feel like I am finally being the person I want to be - thanks to you Tim! keep on working, gonna try out the excercises stated here aswell.. and send you a mail with some shoutouts if I comes up with anything fancy to shout at you!
December 17th, 2008 at 5:51 pm
Stellar!
December 18th, 2008 at 11:53 am
you never miss the mark with practical life enriching advice and pointers,
thanks bro
December 18th, 2008 at 1:59 pm
I’m definately gonna read this up. I’ve already started eating healthier and working out at the gym, it really does make you feel so much better.
As i write this I’m searching up some of that Kruder and Dorfmeister and I’m gonna try the soul thing in the morning and at night.
December 18th, 2008 at 8:15 pm
Tim! It is sooo good to have you back!! This article is absolute money…keep them coming!
December 19th, 2008 at 6:31 am
Hey guys, whats up? I was reading your blog and saw the part of seeing spirituality as a form of escapism. I recently pulled interest towards Ashtanga, a form of yoga to keep my spirit in balance and keep my body in condition at the same time!
However I am doubting the same thing you mentioned in your blog as seeing yoga as a form of esacpism. How do you keep your spirit in balance other then listning to Kruder and Dorfmeister?
As always, great and interesting blog!

Thank you Tim for your help and I Know that you are a sincere person who wants to help others be their best. Thank you man for that.
December 22nd, 2008 at 3:05 am
As many others allready said, this post really spoke to me.
I’ve been slacking lately with my workout, started eating crappy food and even started prioritizing videogames over my best friends and my girl. It’s like i fall back like this every winter just to have to rebuild it all over the springtime and summer. I just rationalize it like “im not going to the gym today.. i can just go out an run for an hour instead, the gym is booring blablabla”, but when the time comes i just stay at home.
With the help of your post Tim, this winter I’ll fucking stay glorious!
Keep up the good work man and i’ll hope to see you back in sweden soon
December 25th, 2008 at 4:04 pm
Man, this is awesome and also something I’ve been thinking about for a period of time. Actually I began to do this a couple of weeks ago all by myself, or you can say I started up again after a long period living in “the dark”. It’s extremely effective for getting better self esteem.
About that soul ritual: I do indeed agree with you about it. It IS important. The last days before sleeping I’ve done my soul ritual and become more and more into it and getting a better feeling every time. I’m growing day by day and it’s amazing. Thanks for putting up such a practical living plan, I appreciate it and will follow it up.

I love the Kruder & Dorfmeister recommendation. Personal favorite song to play while owning it in my vision at night is Jazz Master (also love Speechless) - from the K&D Sessions album.
I had some many awesome ideas come to me for my visionboard while laying in bed listening to this chill music. Can’t wait to check out part II and III (won’t get ahead of myself though!)

Dude, I’m out to run! I got my iPod charged, I life near to the biggest park in the city. I must go now!
I don’t like running as much as I love swimming but still I need to chill out with myself. This is an amazing series of posts. I gotta tell you Tim, you have everything well figured out, and I did since I was a kid too. I’d like to ask you some questions to deal with the pressures when becoming a man like this, always living out purposely and without fear, where tasks seem like they are effortless and you really think you deserve everything. My parents still put me down sometimes, or my friends look me weird when I talk in such a way like your posts speaks!
Some guidence on how to handle all this externals?

I’v always knew you had to lead a life that would make the real difference. I’m so glad your telling us what you do with your self, and you thoughts and views.
Do you or have you listened to Eckhart Tolle?
